Fair hourly wage for Freelance Frontend engineer?
Working on a small project. Backend, I can handle. Frontend is passable… but I want to hire a design focused Frontend engineer to refactor the reactjs code and work their magic. How much per hour is fair for a Frontend engineer, for a 2 week sprint

The Frontend is pretty bare. Landing page, dashboard with 1 element and profile page… however, I’d like a FED to redesign to make it look better and in a maintainable fashion that I can take over afterwards

Might be hard to find a FED who can come up with a good design
For a 2 week sprint maybe a fee makes more sense, with a cap on hours or based on shipment of some feature.
Great point. Then I guess I’ll need to have a call each engineer, discuss the requirements before they can determine a price?
