Family time and LC
How do you manage these two? Almost makes me want to quit tech whenever I have thoughts of raising a family.

Exercise from 4am - 5:30am, leets from 5:30am - 8:30am (so basically before the kids wake up). You could also do leets after the kids go to sleep, but I prefer doing my leets with a fresh mind.

Schedule a daily 45 minute meeting with yourself at work. Take a shorter lunch if your sense of morality demands compensation.
