Fanatics vs Docusign

Choosing between senior data science roles at these two companies. Fanatics 'may' go public in the next 2 years, but on the other hand, docusign stock has not been performing well. Leaving salary aside (fanatics offer is 40k lower but can pick up that gap *if* it goes public), which company is a better option? TC - 0. Laid off.
