Fast.co and Coursera offers
I have a couple of offers for Senior SWE with Fast and Coursera, here in Toronto. Fast: 190k CAD base 40k sign on 20k shares (diff between preferred price and strike price currently is around $16 USD) over 4 years Coursera: 190k CAD base 50k CAD sign on 10% bonus 350k USD shares over 4 years Have read a few concerning things about attrition at Fast here but the blind reviews seem pretty good for both Coursera and Fast. Coursera’s mission is really nice but I’m a bit uncertain about their stock and how it’s been performing since IPO. Any thoughts on which offer I should choose? TC: 310k CAD (low base, mostly due to stock appreciation)

attrition happens anywhere but ppl just don't announce every single new hire. I start this Monday at Fast, the onboarding group has ~10 new hires
