What is the fastest offer you have received from FANG post-onsite? A week, few days, same day?

Amazon, a couple of hours after my interview. It was during a hiring event so they were probably forced to do feedback ASAP and in bulk. Also, this was when Amazon was hiring like crazy. In general, it's 5 days for on-site feedback these days

The way it works at IITs (premier universities in India): Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. all come on campus and conduct interviews on the same day. They have to hand out offers asap so that other companies don't take away their candidates. Goldman Sachs takes it a step further and gives the offer during the interview itself.
