Is it from FAIR, applied research or FRL? And how impactful were your publications? For what it's worth, I've seen offers for $300k and I've also seen an offer for $500k, but they had 14 first authored cvpr/neurips papers during their PhD and interned with fair/Deepmind/brain before. It really depends on your work and how much they need you.
