How hard will it be to switch to core soft engg team from bizapps? I'm currently in microsoft hyd l59 2.1mil INR CTC, I really want to travel and move outside , hence considering this offer .
What is enterprise eng? Is that a software engineering position?
It's E3. It's soft engg only but they develop internal tools , kinda like internal soft engg at google
It’s not going to be an easy move as EE. If you are swe then there are less problems. You have to pass full interview loop in order to convert to swe.
We don't have swe in Dublin. Take it.
It’s an ok offer. 57k/year is not much to survive on assuming this is based in Dublin. Rents are sky high. Given what’s going on in the US, I wouldn’t count on an L1 visa coming through rapidly.
What about shifting to London in swe team. That can be done , right?

I'm planning on moving to mpk after getting l1 visa. After I move there my salary will not be dependent on the initial offer right? I'm fine having Low pay for 1yrs in Dublin
Don’t worry, backlog for Indians is 150 years long. L1 won’t help.
