Wondering how is TripAction doing? I have a verbal offer with numbers not mentioned yet by recruiter. looking for comments from current employees on how is company doing? Want to try companies other than FANG. Any suggestions? #engineering #swe #software

They've lost almost their entire Enterprise sales team. The culture is bad and execs don't care. Pride will be their downfall. The CRO doesn't listen to constructive feedback.
No growth ? How is enterprise core doing ? I have an offer from Core product .

Blind is kinda toxic, it's not all that bad. Sales seems to be the most affected, thanks to the new CRO. Engineering is doing fine, but most of the team is in a holding pattern these days (other than liquid probably). Would depend on the offer you get.
When exactly is pattern .. Could you elaborate ?
Engineering just lost their VP. People say blind is toxic because it's the hard truth. I will do whatever it takes to keep top talent from joining this company. Also, you have to understand that C-Suite does not listen to any feedback.
Engineering is a mess and is being led by the laziest CTO in the industry. Shows up, yells and goes on vacation.
Thank you for the honesty. People need to hear the honest truth. The people who don't want to be exposed calls our feedback toxic.

CEO has poor judgment and has hired toxic execs. There are some good execs but, unfortunately, their influence is minimized. CRO has a huge ego and treats people across the company poorly.

If you want a good WLB it was never the best company. Which I was ok with. A lot of people left so there is more work to do now
