Is life really better in the US?
I had an iPhone serviced with express replacement. When I returned the old iPhone, Apple said that they have received a “non Apple product”. So FedEx opened the box; stole the iPhone and replaced with a random phone, so that the weight does not get suspicious. WTF?!
Someone arrest this man/woman 👆
That’s so bad. Hope you get your money back soon.
You, the slave, did it, so don’t blame these saintly companies 🤡
Again?
A couple of times they stole and Apple received an empty box This one is a new trick for me
This happened to me too, usually happens in California at depots like Stockton. I suspected this could happen and literally videoed myself packing the device with the full serial number and all details caught on screen. It doesn’t help when Apple uses obvious boxes and shipping addresses, this just incentivizes theft. I ended up calling Apple customer relations and they took care of everything. Call on a recorded line. I wish Apple could just drop the FedEx contract and go with UPS. Obviously they’re never going to do this because FedEx will compensate Apple for every lost/stolen phone but customers have a huge burden of proof.
Ain't nobody need your pos iPhone bruh smh
Maybe, highly unlikely though. Could be the guy at Apple to. Did you do any modifications? That could make it a non Apple product.
No I didn’t do any modifications
