Feedback on profile - Tired of recruiting. 3 months and nothing concrete :(
Super demotivated and wondering if 1) my profile is a misfit for roles I’m targeting 2) I’m not good at interviews in tech or 3) if this is just the market. Please help me evaluate my profile for my target jobs. Even better, pass on any leads if you have any. From your profile, I would say that the market for marketers, PM and even consulting is absolutely brutal at the moment, especially since most companies are actively taking an axe to their departments or cutting budgets for campaigns in that sense. Depending on your MBA + strategy consulting experience, I would try and pivot back into management consulting or trying for a business analyst role until the market gets better. Alternatively, you could try something like sales engineering or being a TPM where a lot of your experience transfers over. Good luck! TC: 90K
