Hi team, We are in the initial process of finalizing our realtor and I came across shopprop (thanks to blind community). With fixed rate and great refund on commission, they seem like an excellent option. I found mostly positive feedback on Zillow and Google, but I know how realtors control those reviews by only pushing clients with positive experience to put their vote. I would love to get some first hand experience from the blind community here. Any feedback on shopprop or other discounted brokerages in Seattle area are greatly appreciated. 2 of my friend bought with shopprop. Basically you do the research then they will do the showing and making the offer for you thats it. And they are happy with the service cuz its cheap
Also try Redfin agent 1%
I believe redfin 1% is only if you buy n sell from them.
I have had viewings with them … didn’t buy .. service sucks … but refund is good. If u r prepared to do all research urself - they r a great solution. This is a shitty way to do business , but u could - get all ur house viewings with Redfin . And when u r ready to make an offer , make that via shopprop .

The end of Backdoor Roth?!
havent heard of this firm .....find out what they are willing / able to do for the discounted fee .....if you think you will be in a competitive situation - you might want to use a local agent that can help win the deal ...if not so much of contest - this system might be worth tryng
I’ve not seen Agents really do much other than saying “Do your best”
