Female Interviewers
Asking just out of curiosity how many of you had female interviewers especially in Arch design or coding rounds? I never had. What do you think is the main the reason behind it? Companies are doing diversity hiring. I had one when i was interviewing at sharechat. She seemed like a very good interviewer. But i have never seen female interviewer till date.

Agree..i have had only 2 female interviewers in more than three dozen rounds I have gone through.. In the teams that I have worked also the percentage of women is around 10-15% (2 or 3 in a team of 20 in absolute numbers)
