Does anyone know what fertility benefits look like at major pharma or biotech companies? #genentech #amgen #bristolmyerssquibb #pfizer #gsk #gilead #merck #abbvie How many cycles of IVF do they offer, and what pharmacy benefits do they offer for fertility cycles? Do they have any adoption or surrogacy benefits? Thank you! TC $215k

Genentech gives two Progyny "Smart Cycles" and a third if the first two aren't successful. Fertility medication coverage is also through Progyny, listed as "Progyny Rx". The Progyny site should be able to describe what all that means. Adoption and surrogacy reimbursement are combined and have a $50k lifetime maximum.
What are “smart cycles”? Is this where you can do a cycle as long as you don’t have any embryos left?
Probably easier to read about it, the options can vary a lot depending on your situation: https://progyny.com/smart-benefits/smart-cycle/
