Last I spoke with a fidelity recruiter, the top end of the range for the director was around 170k TC including their bonus and shares. I asked for VP salary range and they can get to 190k
Your recruiter was smoking something. Maybe 170 <excluding> bonus and shares. It’s a 30-35% bonus pretty much guaranteed. 70% of director level get shares too - I-shares which stack and pay every year for 3 years. By the 3rd year, they’re another. 50%+++ of your base.
