Hello Everyone, Hope y’ll are doing great! I got an offer. As most of you might already know Fidelity doesn’t offer premium processing for the transfer. Can anyone please suggest or give their inputs on the same? Is it safe to join on receipt notice or pay for premium processing or join after complete approval thru normal processing? It would be greatly appreciated if any Fidelity folks shares their experiences. Thank you🙂 #fidelityinvestments#h1btransfers#h1b #workvisa
No, wait for transfer to come through. Patience
What is the policy for them to start a green card?
Never join on receipt. If it gets denied, you are fucked and will likely have to leave the country. Fidelity will move on to someone else when you're fucked. Look out for yourself first and foremost.
If they're not willing to fork out 1,000 bucks for premium processing, how much do you think they value you or their employees overall for that matter? Run if you have any other options.
Does waiting until normal processing an option?
Why no premium processing ? What if you’re outside the country ?

😞 Girlfriend help! 😞
This is confusing. It is in the employer's interest to do it premium
Employer is trying to screw him over by getting him to join on receipt most likely and saving a quick buck by not filing it in Premium. Shitty employer.
