Fidelity Interview in line
Hello Everyone, I have an upcoming interview at Fidelity for the Director - Program Manager position. I anticipate encountering a significant number of behavioral and scenario-based questions, but any additional insights would be valuable. Additionally, it seems that the offered salary for this position is on the lower side, so any guidance on this matter would be appreciated. TC - 160K
The base salary is a bit low yes but they have bonus, profit sharing, 401k match, and RSU (which is basically cash again), and they add up
