PM is irrelevant role and will die in next 2-3 years.
Hi guys, I have an interview scheduled next week. I've applied for SRE 1 but they are interviewing me for SRE 2. Should I ask them before the start of the interview, like what roles are they interviewing me for ? Would that leave a bad impression! Please guide me or give your inputs My YOE is just 2 They offered H1 transfer Base 95k+ (negotiable) and Bonus 20% #devops #sre #interview
Thank you, 7 yoe, you will be knowing by now what makes folks to leave CTS
Yes I'm glad that I realized it at the early stage of my career! And I did my masters here and this is my first job ! But I was curious to know what you would answer ! You made the right choice 👍
Same here, did Masters here and made some bad choice of joining Infosys and Cognizant thinking it's a full time opportunity. Off course it was not bad at the early stages. Helped me to settle down in a location and pay my loans. But witch companies are no good for lung runs. Glad you realized at the early stage. Good luck.
It shouldn't matter much as they will try to figure out which position you would belong to upon doing a tech interview. I applied for L6 but was offered L5 based on my yoe. What is sre1 and sre2 btw?
SRE - Site reliability engineer! Done with interview on Friday! I'm not sure how many rounds they are going to be! Btw my interview panel was Director and VP of SRE department! Good to hear! So did you accept the offer ?
Same here, VP for HM round and directors for panel round. Yes I did accept the offer. Do you know what level you are interviewing for
