Looking for a comp structure, base, bonus comp range for a Senior Manager in Fidelity. The role is either grade 6 or 7 Fidelity Investments
Depends on role YoE and Group.. if you specify those three I can give you more info..
YOE 7years role scrum master, what is the base pay?
I will only add: 7 is 30% bonus (but at fidelity it never hits 100% funding), and base range is 90-140 for most roles.
Hi, what is the level Above director? And expected tc for that ‽
Hope it helps: base for grade 5 is around 120
Hello, could you please help me with below @Fidelity Investments offer : 1. In offer they mentioned 401K 7% employer contribution will start after 12 Months of employment, so for first year no 401K contribution from Fidelity. Is that how it works at Fidelity? 2. 10% profit sharing will start after completion of 12 months of employment and will be credited after 24 months of employment? 3. They have mentioned 25% bonus amount, how much normally can be expected for L6 grade and is that paid at year end? And how much to expect if I join middle of the year. Many Thanks!
1. Yes 2. Yes 3. This year they paid 98percent.(98 percent of 25 percent)
Thanks very much!
Does the 10% profit sharing typically pay out at the full 10 percent? If not, what’s the last 5 years look like for that percentage ?
Bit more or less, on an average it gonna be same in 5year interval
What is the initial stock bonus fidelity offers for L7 ?
Any insight in Boston based VP offers? Based off this thread I believe it would be L8.

Crossed a line with my boss
For grade 6 it's 25% bonus. Apart from that it's 10%profit sharing + 7% 401k match.
Oh that's helpful. And what's the base comp range? Also, noob questions, but which one is higher? Level 6 or 7
6 is principal and 7 is director. So 7 is higher. Base range totally depends on org that you would be going and their revenue. Also depends on your yoe, where you coming from, your current pay etc. I know a 6 getting 115 and the other getting 140. From my experience, it's a little hard to negotiate while joining fidelity.
