Fidelity Senior role.. WLB, TCO and other benefits
I am trying to decide whether to take a senior role in tech (possibly L6 kinda position) with Fidelity. Is there anyone here from Fidelity? Needed to know what is range of base and how much can be negotiable.. what are the other components of TC and vesting schedule.. do they give joining bonus? How are other benefits? YOE - 19 TC - ~250k
L6 at fidelity is principal/senior manager and it’s not very senior role..with 19 years you can target for Director role(L7) and the comp won’t be close to your current comp .. base could be around 140 and 25% bonus..7% 401k match and 10% profile sharing( these 2 components has vesting schedule) WLB is great as far as I know
Thank you. Yes I am in the final stages of Director role then. What would be Base range for L7 position?
150-170
