How is the work week at Fidelity Investments. Are you required to be in office at 9 am and leave no earlier than 5 pm. Or is it flexible? TIA
Nobody really cares as long as you come in the morning and leave in the evening, there is no hard rule for you to come from 9-5. Just don’t come to the office around 10, have lunch and leave at 2.
No one cares as long as you’re going to your meetings and doing your job
Depends on team and project and manager. My manager just asks everyone to come one day to have lunch and play TT that too not mandatory
I'd say attendance does matter for the assigned week and to try to be in most of the time. That said if you're sick or the weather is bad, use your best judgement. That's what we are told, anyway - And be prepared not to have a productive week.
I am going to join Fidelity in about a month and will be moving from a nearby place closer to office and wanted to see if it will be really worth the move.
Im considering, but I hear fidelity comp is below market. What's the role and pay?
Dm me
They’ve been doing one week a month onsite for a bit now in their offices (mainly west lake Texas and North Carolina) for their IT roles that are not help desk roles.
