Peaceful Protest Hasn’t Worked and Has Been Met With Aggression.
It’s fine. RH has a better UI to make trading stocks feel like a polished game, but Fidelity has way more on offer. I can hold my cash in money markets, trade directly from that when buying stocks, and buy CDs / treasuries / bonds. If you’re trading actively you should be using real software like TastyWorks or Think or Swim anyway. Fidelity is for slower moves and buy and hold.
It's crap. You can only withdraw 250k per day. It took me 5 days to transfer cash to interactive broker. Also, the margin rate is double that of ib.
How's the real time trading in ib?
I got a pro account, so they get me a better price than the non pro account.
Lots of fidelity zero fee index mirroring SPY.
Spouse works for fidelity. I had to transfer all my stocks from robinhood, webull and vanguard to fidelity. At first, I was frustrated…..but now that all my stocks are with fidelity….its easier to manage that way. I agree the interface is not like Robinhood….but I still like it though. I had a hard time transferring stocks from Robinhood to fidelity.
When woolen says how does interface matter if you are not day trader .. I have no issues with interface
It’s designed to never let you access your money and keep it in their funds forever. You have to call them any time they detect you are considering going into a position where they collect less fees
Wtf are you talking about. You can place a trade on anything easily. It’s literally the center tab: transact -> trade -> type your symbol and go
Yeah, never heard the first part but it makes sense. I love VTSAX, VTI/VOO but the transaction fees to go into those funds through Fidelity are annoying AF.
