Fidelity compensation for Full stack Java developer with 13 years of experience in west lake texas 115k base is it good pay?
Try JPMC, they are hiring now even for H1, they will pay minimum 140 to 160 base for 13 yoe or capone
Does Capital One and JPMC give 42% (bonus+profit sharing+internal stocks+401k) like fidelity? I think OP missed to mention that. Also for 13YOE, Fidelity can offer principal or above position which pays atleast 125-140k base + above bonuses.
Very low for 13yoe even for fidelity. Is it principal?
Is 115 base for Senior level good? YOE - 7
Depends on the org. General scenario 115 base is good for senior
Are you getting hired as a senior OP? Lol that seems a little low for that many yoe. You should be looking for a principal role with better pay.
Can anyone at fidelity, confirm the level and rough salary range for a “director” title? From what I’ve been able to gather, that’s L6 (maybe L7?) with a salary range of 130-170k?
It’s L7. L6 is principal.
Thank you! So a director role is 130-170k base with 30 percent or 35 percent bonus? On top of the usual profit sharing and 401k March Do you know how common it is to receive shares at that level ?
