Try JPMC, they are hiring now even for H1, they will pay minimum 140 to 160 base for 13 yoe or capone
Does Capital One and JPMC give 42% (bonus+profit sharing+internal stocks+401k) like fidelity? I think OP missed to mention that. Also for 13YOE, Fidelity can offer principal or above position which pays atleast 125-140k base + above bonuses.

Can anyone at fidelity, confirm the level and rough salary range for a “director” title? From what I’ve been able to gather, that’s L6 (maybe L7?) with a salary range of 130-170k?
