Field Ops Tech looking for referrals

Tired of being extremely under paid and under appreciated. Sure I get great metrics, high ticket count, acknowledgement on managerial and divisional levels, and the quarterly reviews to show it… However that wasn’t reflected in my yearly review resulting in a poor bonus (incentive based) and no talk of a raise. But I also train the new guy who makes more money than me and has less experience than I do. I made a mistake applying to a competitor just to get a great offer and let Lumen talk me into staying, leveraging on my emotions. I know I’m worth more, my boss and his boss know I’m worth more. They also acknowledged how much it would “hurt” the team to lose me (it took roughly 247days before I filled the position.) No one wants to pay me what I am worth or for the responsibility I already have considering I’m not even close to required to do half the tasks I do or know how to do. They just keep giving me more responsibility for the same pay. I was originally hired to just be a “locator.” Coming in with zero experience and an electrician background. I do service locates, equipment installs (1830/ASR920/6500/R7/R9/NIDs/Switches/etc), FQA, OTDR, etherbert/Sam testing, breaker/fuse/power installation, rack installation, orders shipping and receiving, generator/batteries/rectifiers. I have responsibility for multiple ILAs and a gateway which includes night work - scheduled or on call. There’s -plenty- more to explain what I do, am expected of, or have done.
