Figma - What’s it Like Working Here?

Employees get Figma shares which will convert into Adobe upon acquisition. Acquisition hasn't gone through yet. Many folks are 100% remote, you can easily be hired as fully remote or hybrid whatever you want.

I really enjoy it, everyone I meet seems to be working on exciting stuff as well - but I guess that depends on what you think is exciting. People are friendly and helpful, doesn’t feel super corporate, yet - feels like we are in a nice place between startup and big corp still.
