Fill in gaps before interviews
I am feeling grateful for the smts job of TC 237k at 15 years experience. On LinkedIn there are not many jobs that pay more than this. I wonder if guys are really making as much as they claim here. I think I do not have great experience to talk about in interviews, how do I fill in that gap?

Unethical tip: lie and exaggerate the truth Ethical tip: open source contributions or diy projects. But to be fair 240k is a decent TC and titles are meaningless, especially at SFDC

Also depends on location. If you are happy where you are , and not looking for a change, 240k is just fine.
