There was a lawsuit by Amazon shareholders because the board didn’t do its due diligence when selecting a service provider. They had a 45 minute discussion and chose Blue Origin. The lawsuit was so swift it was as if the lawyers filed the suit themselves as plaintiffs on behalf of the shareholders.
