Associate role. What’s the process like? How’s the culture, wlb, tc, etc? Any insight would help.
Team dependent as on other places. Can be hard charging in some teams. Have to influence business partners quite a lot and culture in some businesses is one of indifference to finance which makes the job hard. Pay imo is at or slightly below par, I have heard Google pays more for e.g. be prepared to be downleveled because it's Facebook
Thank you! This helps. Any idea on what the data modeling case study is?
Idk never got anything like that
I guess it’s a new process. They mentioned there’s a case study involved.
How was the case study? What did it consist of doing?
Culture is really good - you experience it properly in the office though as opposed to WFH. Things just suck working from home lol. You get a lot of autonomy and can influence decisions. Trust & safety (including Business Integrity) in the last 1 year or more has become slightly annoying with its leaders more focused on growing their org than answering difficult questions. It’s also a lot about pleasing your leaders now. But it will get better. Overall I would give it 8/10 for WLB. TC is quite average. Salary is decent, comparable to others. But RSUs are usually quite low.
