Finance at Splunk
Any Blinders from Splunk finance? I'm curious about WLB, comp, politics, or anything else you may be able to share. I'm seeing mixed reviews about WLB, which is probably the most important factor for me right now. I'm expecting comp to be lower at Splunk, but I'm willing to make the tradeoff for WLB and full remote. TC: $135K after pay cuts YOE: 6 years

WLB at Splunk is absolutely great!
Splk pays higher than Intel for sure, wfb is pretty chill in most of the teams
Thanks for the info! I may have shot myself in the foot as far as comp goes since I'm going for roles below my qualifications due to the tough market (and my current job is killing me). But we'll see what happens!
