Hi , I just got an verbal interview call from ServiceNow India & this motivated me to look at benefits offered by ServiceNow for India employees . While a lot of companies like @atlassian , @salesforce etc. offer NPS (national pension scheme) over and above the base salary ServiceNow doesn’t offer it . Is there any specific reason for not providing or is it upto the employer to decide it . YOE :- 9 TC :- 45lacs RSU:- 20000 dollars / year (4 years)
If it is servicenow Bangalore, just run from there.
Why . Can you please share the reason
Any day your manager may call the HR (ask Bangalore folks about that witch HR head with white hair) and legal team to ask you to leave
TC is low
I understand. But I am having good WLB and less stressful work. How is it in ServiceNow. How is the work culture
There are only few teams where WLB is good, Overall it is not great in now.
I heard of too much politics in the bangalore office, you need someone in the leadership to always safeguard you , otherwise new joiners are not getting confirmed after 6 months..I also thought of applying but got scared of this, they are doing this with senior folks as well with 10+ years..imagine leaving your current job, going there and not getting confirmed after probation that too for some nonsense reason
Maybe it’s just a team or a BU? Have been here for a very long time and never heard any instance of this.. a lot goes into hiring a person for the job, no manager would like to let go unless the performance is way below par
Sales team, this was not there before but off late this is happening, new joiners facing lots of heat..While company puts in effort in hiring, so do the candidate, interviewing and leaving their present job and joining
NPS is always part of the CTC, it's never given out of CTC in any company. 20k $ is also less for 4 years. Mediocre offer.
@oubuhbd Here you see it is mentioned in their benefits page
Yes but it is not mentioned it will be on top of your CTC. If they contribute, it might be seen in deduction of some other component. CTC includes everything incl NPS. Why would someone deny if they are offering something for free.
