What’s your strategy to get your sprint tasks done? Do you start working on all of them in parallel? Or do you go to the next task only after finishing the current task?
I put my TC first then start the sprint tasks
😂
😂
Sprint is for micro managers. Fight against it
Well, I hated it when I had it, now we don't have it and frankly, I'm missing it. No sprints, most work for not have a formal task but as a result, you are never Done and it's harder to sync with colleagues who WFH.
🤦♂️ want to be put on a PIP or terminated? Do that.
What problem are you trying to solve?
Just pray to god that the stories were overestimated so I can coast
Lol I’ve been coasting hard at my current job. It’s nothing compared to my previous. Even while slacking I finish in time. The key is to know when you can slack off
And be prepared to crash hard. Coasting is so 2020.
I barely do anything for two weeks with tickets assigned, but I’ll plan meetings with teammates I like and just banter. Then morning of retro I just do 20 min of work and call it done
How do you get away with that?
good at what I do, 3 jobs later still doing the same thing pushing projects forward idk rowdy ADHD and autistic burnout
Staggered parallel. Work on one to blocker (if any), then move to next and return at next blocker, and just cycle through like that. Prioritize by estimation of difficulty.
