Fired 🔥 without proper reason and removed access.
Recently 20 days back my friend joined an Australian company to work from India. Company name : xaana.Ai Tc : 12 LPA He resigned a stable job in Indian product company for that where he used to get 9 LPA. After joining he was not assigned any work and asked to understand their application and code base. Once he is done they asked his to do something studing. Laptop was not yet assigned he is using his personal laptop and Citrix. Out of nowhere one day he got an email. "Our team did a mistake by not understanding your profile, and your profile would not be suitable for the project. so from this point you are fired. " He immediately called me and sent the email and i couldn't believe what just happened. They took access for teams, mail etc. Not replying his emails. Can he do something atleast to get salary for that 20 days. #fired #software #engineering #software #swe

Yes, it's a good company aswell. But I am worried to keep the company name in public. Wouldn't it be problem to my friend.

Even we want to listen, he wrote multiple mails, no response about the reason. How can anyone one be terminated with out proper conversation with the manager. The last email he got is also from his colleague not from HR or Management.
Your friend is not a fit in their team. Just move on. There are no ‘proper conversations’ while letting people go.
