Got Fired at Meta in an instant without any prior intimation. Feedback is given as performance is not good enough. No questions/concerns are allowed to be asked and lost access in an instant. Any accommodation request I make, gets a simple Yes or No. It looks like Employee value is a joke which they are playing to get us motivated to work there. Looking for opinions on this. Yes. You have to find another job that is ready to sponsor your H1-B in 60 days. Otherwise you have to leave the US.

That seems shitty. At least they could have the courtesy to tell you what they didn’t like so you could work on it. Probably for the best. Meta culture is not good right now.

What level are you? Any prior warnings that you weren’t up to snuff? This makes me nervous because I “work” at meta. I use quotation marks because I don’t actually do anything and nobody wants to work with me.
