'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
Anyone have experience being the first dev hire for a startup? Expectations include recruiting other team members, including other devs. Market is midwest. Any idea for TC? Equity?
I was just offered a role like this with 1%. What was your offer?
If you're recruiting other devs, that sounds like a leadership role. Is the company through any funding rounds? What else are your duties? I'm interested in the equity piece. 0.5%, 1%... what makes sense?
It would be somewhat of a combined lead and dev role. They want experience in areas I have unique experience in, which isn’t to say that this is like quantum computing or anything, just broad skill set in nature.
