Well now I feel terrible. Appreciate the insight. Going to start studying for interviews again.
Not everyone lives and works in SF
If it's a good opportunity I'd take it.

DE is broad, what’s ur job description
My official title is software engineer but my days usually consist of the following: - Tickets related to changes to ingestion in Java and Python (maybe 10% of my total work) - Writing a lot of SQL to generate datasets for analysts. - On-call where most of my day is clearing Airflow DAGs and fixing data issues with SQL. Apologies if this is a dumb question. It is my first role out of college. I’d like to work for a bigger tech company some day as a software engineer and unsure of this is hurting my chances of that.
It’s not the worst, u can still learn a lot. If no other offer than join, and reevaluate once u notice u not learning anything
