Peaceful Protest Hasn’t Worked and Has Been Met With Aggression.
I interviewed there two years ago so idk if things have changed but if you haven’t just recommend reading something like cracking the pm interview and learning frameworks to be able to whiteboard “how would you build x product or feature” (or if virtual draw notes on paper for your self). I always asked clarifying questions, broke down and selected a user, problem statement to focus on, listed features, have a prioritization framework (list risks, benefits effort etc) Pretty standard stuff the interviewers are super nice and will guide you / expect you to ask questions and see if you’re going the right direction. The cases are all based on real world scenarios and problems they solved at flatiron health which was cool that they had a relevant and personal twist. One of the case studies will be them giving you a list of features and asking to prioritize I think. They didn’t really discuss the take home w me but they very well could so just brush up on what you wrote down. The Eng case was mainly them asking for examples on how you collaborated with engineers in the past and a mini case study focusing on implementation of a suggested feature but I’m not very technical and was able to get through it fine. Fuzzy on details bc it was years ago but hope it helps 😬 They rly want ppl passionate about the mission and very kind. Everyone there is like the nicest easiest person to talk to ever in my experience
