I see a lot of lower bases for @Flexport, with everyone increasing bases will #flexport do the same ? I wanna join but that’s holding me back. tc350k 9yoe
In offer stage talks with them now. Recruiter and HM both said they just recently adjusted salary bands, but I haven't seen any numbers yet.
DO NOT WORK FOR FLEXPORT Sorry, I know that is a bit dramatic but it’s true. Flexport is not a start up. Internally it is run like a defense company. So much policy/procedure and no permission to do anything.

Sounds like a good second job to just coast
What’s PMO? I have a final interview coming up and idk if it’s even worth my time. Their base is so fking low for its size when I did my phone screen.
program management org. I think salaries are too low to join
Guess I’ll just interview for practice lol
Did they actually end up adjusting the comp bands? (I recently left)
Lol project g is always in progress
They didn't yet and I don't think they will.
