Flexport Interview Followup
I interviewed with Flexport on 8th March for new grad SDE and haven’t heard back yet. Pinged my recruiter but no reply. How long do they take to send an update? Do they take long even for rejections? #tech
Typical timeline from my perspective is around 3-5 days. If you haven’t heard from them, I would move on.

Yes I interviewed with them. If you haven’t heard anything in about a week after final loop then I’d consider that an L. Good luck
For new grad? Some one told me they got an update in a week and a half so i was hopeful. But looks like they have decided to ghost me 😐

Not so flawless but interviewer said i did pretty well when i asked for a feedback

Yes, email recruiting@flexport.com and you will hear back. Most of the new grad recruiters were let go so emailing the alias will help.

I had a team matching round which went well and again went into freeze so effectively no updates
Sorry to hear that… I finish my VO at February but never get any team match notification at all. Can I know when you get the teammatch round?
I interviewed with Flexport and never heard back after the final loop. I reached out to the recruiter to find out (it was obvious I didn’t get it since they ghosted me), he wouldn’t give feedback without setting a meeting, then he didn’t show up to the meeting. I followed up again and never heard back.
