Anyone else experience weird interviews at Flexport? A ton of incompetent sourcers.

I was told to create a paragraph summary of my experience so they can forward it to the hiring manager because she had no idea what User Experience means. Her name was Jopie David.

Also, another sourcer, Teresa Trinh, reached out last Friday for an opportunity which was obviously a template. I replied right away to give Flexport one final try and then she ghosted me.

Strange recruting team. lol

I do not recommed. Such waste of time.

  • I was also contacted my Jopie and she didn’t know really anything about the role and couldn’t answer a lot of my questions. It was frustrating. I told her I’d need to speak with someone else before I could consider flexport. I started working with Madison instead. The process after that was great and I now work there.
