Flexport 160k base, 16k bonus, 30k units RSU - 10 dollar per share during their last round which is 2019 currently trading at 18 in secondary markets Matterport 175 K base, 13k bonus, 250k RSU for 4 years My thoughts. I like both the companies both are offer are more similar were flexport give more stock than cash. I love matterport product since I am a user persona. Matterport is already a public company with 4.5 Bil market cap. Flexport is private and there is a huge upside during ipo. Please shower your thoughts and if anyone know about the company shares some pointers, it would be useful to make a decision between which *port to join. Thank you! Current TC - 230 YOE - 4
Woah interesting differences in companies’ reviews on blind tho… 5 star vs 3.5 star
I don’t have an opinion between them, but you’re looking at 2 reviews vs ~150
Look a level deeper.Matterport has only 2 reviews so insufficient sample size

Oh is it that’s good to know
No equityzen never sold it at $30. If you mean asking price in the live deal, that is useless. You can ask as high as you want, but no one will buy. E.g. asking price for Instacart is 65b, databricks is 80b.
Why no one has any opinion on matterport?
Only 300 total employees I think? I'm interviewing there now and so far I'm hoping to get an offer, everyone has been lovely.
Op, equityzen doesn't show the price of last transaction, but if you search for other blind post, someone posted a screenshot for a transaction of around $18.
Flexport hands down. So many innovative pieces in the pipeline coming together. IPO will be great and the last EquityZen offer was at $21, with plenty upside to go
What are your thoughts now? Do you still expect it to IPO anytime soon?
Flexport offer is a lowballing. Ask more
On equityzen, flexport was sold within few mins at $21. You have to have an investment account with equityzen and have submit buying interest. They send emails for such private investment opportunities. Few people are selling at $30. I don't think any buyer has gone for it.
Flexport rsu have double trigger policy and an expiration date. Please confirm with HR What it means is your rsu become worthless if they don’t go ipo or get acquired. The other thing is flexport has a policy for no refresh equity if not promoted (updated ) for 2.5 years
