Flipkart is soon starting its mass layoffs

Recently the news was broadcasted by my manager that a mass layoff is about happen at Flipkart as part of cost cutting initiative. No team is working in my vertical, even though the firing is not yet started but even the work is not yet streamlined for 2024 JFM quarter. Has anyone received any performance feedback or indication from manager related to this?
