In my more than 11 years of experience, I have never felt so hopeless and at disposal of any manager until I worked in Flix. After 1 year of regress work, my manager wants my job as he doesn't feel secure as an engineering manager. He should be as he SUCKS and has a record to destroy more than 5 careers before me. Not only that, he gave me a very poor rating. All this is heavily inflicted by his german biases and personal motive, and Flixbus doesn't even have a process to change once manager has submitted his ratings in workday, even when appraisal cycle is not over yet.This is a huge problem at Flix or any pretending companies. I raised my concern to higher management and HR, but I finally learned the ultimate truth with an ounce of life lesson - everyone cares for this localite (Berlin) as he talk their language. "heavily inflicted by his german biased" is something you will sadly encounter in a lot of companies here.
You’re not going to be able to Fix the Bus. Just go get a job at an established legit company.
