My colleague got fired for non availability (3-4 days) because of recent death in her family. Managers don't trust people working in other locations. Really fucked up situation
I thought Freshworks was awesome, what's really going on?
Lots of attrition, strength of freshworks used to be people. You’re expected to deliver quick by following lots of processes that doesn’t make any sense. They still pay decent but wlb is decreasing slowly and career progression will be a question based on the kind of leaders you’re under. I don’t say it’s across all teams but hearing from most of the good teams
