Folks part of the Broadway Technology and Bloomberg merger: How many Equity units did you get?

As Bloomberg does not have share or other equity for employees, my guess would be 0. Most likely people working for Broadway will get a cash compensation for their existing stock.
They're too busy sniffing coke in strip clubs... I assume
