For H1b candidates... how you manage your bank account in India ?
How do you guys manage your bank account in india ? Did you convert to NRI account ? What the legal implications of it ?

It has to be nre account.. You cannot have a regular account in India.. Any money in nre account any interest etc is not taxed.. For any money which you earn in India, example rent from tenants if you have tenants etc. Needs to be put in nro account. You cannot deposit any Indian money into nre without going through a detailed reasoning.
