I need to get a new phone, which is better option among company's phone vs stipend? Also, which iPhone model do they give in case we opt for company sponsored phone? Is the company's phone suitable for personal use? #uber

I selected the iPhone while onboarding but later realised that since phone will be tracked and restricted, it's better to take the cash. Is it possible to return the phone and take cash now? Phone has already been delivered to me
