No need to bridge the gap when there is none. The same extent there are people using this time to find new jobs, there’s also people too scared to branch out
Turnover is quite low right now because every one is scared to make a change due to covid. Very few people are leaving stable jobs. Plus reduced hiring means less demand so less likely to get an enticing offer.
