For those who chase career growth, what’s your end goal?

I have seen so many coworkers who’re desperate to work on new projects with different tech stacks. I for one do bare minimum and focus extra time on my hobbies instead. When it comes to job hopping, we know the actual work experience hardly matters as there are plethora of “cracking the X interview” courses which can easily fetch you the job. If you’re focusing on skills to eventually have your own startup, the initial MVP could be easily built by following some YouTube/online courses and eventually you will hire a dev team.
