This is a fantastic offer for 3 YoE. Product manager. Almost 133k.

That year end bonus is not accurate at all. Ford is still struggling to meet 100% performance and bonus is consistently near 1/4 what they state on the offer.
Are you serious? 1/4th?
Wow that’s rough.
The base is a little low for LL6 but making LL6 with only 3 YoE is very good. PM and PO are not the same thing. Bonuses are multiplied by a performance factor (usually less than 1.0) then cut in half by taxes. After that is your actual bonus.
Thanks, yeah Ford is weird. Product Owner at Ford is a Product Manager in industry and Product Managers at Ford are glorified Project Managers
Very good offer. That is a much higher bonus level than I have and I have three times your experience in a different position (PD). The company culture at Ford is outstanding. Lots of extremely bright, professional people. Mine was (based in Michigan): $125K base pay $9K bonus $20K sign on bonus
Did you ask for sign on bonus?
I have my 2nd round with the hiring manager at Ford next week. I’m also at 3 yoe, and this seems low. I wouldn’t be switching roles based on my current TC of 120k. I’m sad if this what’s ahead of me.
Keep both roles if one is remote?
