Ford offer
Hi All. I'm currently working with GM (Level 7b) making around $130K including the bonus (13%). I just received a verbal offer from Ford and they are targeting GSR 8. Just trying to figure out what the offer might look like. This is based in Dearborn,Michigan location. Is anyone aware of range of salary to expect. ? Indeed they are paying. The range i have discussed with recruiter is $155k base
Can you share the TC break up besides the base?
I was told there is a bonus component in addition. Not sure of the exact nos. upto 5% they match 90% for 401k, other general benefits. Since this is a verbal offer this is what the nos i have as of now. I'm anticipating to have offer letter early next week.

GSR8 base salary is capped at ~$140k. Typically they go around $110k-$120k for GSR8...maybe $130k-$135k at the top.

Not sure of the ranges but I believe you will have a better work life balance at Ford. We just announced hybrid working arrangements. I for one will most likely be remote indefinitely, and considering relocating to much warmer climates. I say come on over and join the family.
Bruh which team are you working on to be indefinite? It doesn't sound like my team will get me something like that

Im gsr8 and my TC is 145k. I have a base salary of 133k
