Incorrect. RSU is standard for ll5+ but there are discretionary grants for gsr and ll6 hthd.

What is the title of the role for gsr8 position?
I got an offer for UX a few years ago and they offered me a crazy amount of RSUs for UX (like 75k). I imagine SWEs get more.
